At Copier Maintenance we have spent over 40 years building relationships with a number of leasing companies, this allows us to find the right leasing term and option for any customer. Typically machines are leased for a period of 36 months (3 years) or 60 months (5 years) but we can cater for any duration of lease to suit your budget and needs.
Why Lease?
The cash flow and tax relief benefits of leasing provide a very strong case against cash purchase. If you buy equipment outright the capital invested becomes, in effect, tied up in a depreciating asset. Leasing on the other hand, allows you to save resources for other purposes such as new business opportunities, responding to unexpected problems or simply investing in product development or marketing.

Using an existing credit line will prevent you from being able to use it in the future for unexpected needs or for short-term funds. Moreover, the business that borrows to finance equipment is still vulnerable to changes in interest rates. Banks may also want to limit the amount financed and impose a fixed or floating charge as security. Leasing, however, is not effected by fluctuations in interest rates and allows you to plan your budgets accordingly. Financing equipment through a loan is unlikely to offer you the same flexibility to change the equipment by upgrading or adding other items.
Refurbished Photocopiers
As well as new Kyocera photocopiers we also lease refurbished machines. All of our refurbishes machines go through vigorous testing before being offered back out to our customers. We only provide the very best refurbished equipment, anything that has a problem or has too many copies on it is used for parts to ensure we keep our customers machines going for as long as possible, even after the manufacturer has stopped making parts!
Service Contracts
We offer every customer the option of a service contract where all toners, call out, parts and labour are included. Servicing the machine for the duration of the lease agreement is part of the agreement we make with the finance companies we deal with so you can have peace of mind that as long as you have the machine, you have a reliable maintenance agreement in place.
All of our engineers are fully trained by Kyocera and fully DBS checked and with decades of experience between them, you can trust our service department to get your machine back up and running in the quickest possible time!
