Since 1976 The Copier Maintenance Company has been providing photocopiers and Multifunctional Devices to businesses all around the Midlands. The reason CMC Ltd has remained successful over the years has been down to constantly adapting to fit the needs and trends of this ever growing market. From the widespread introduction of colour reprographics  to the technological advances of ‘cloud’ printing we are constantly evolving to provide industry leading equipment and services to businesses of all kinds.

Over the years our client base has ranged from Grammar Schools and Local Authorities, Churches and voluntary associations to Legal Professionals and Medical Centres.

We have equipment to suit the needs of nearly all types of offices and as we are Kyocera authorised dealers we are able to offer our services nationally, with Kyocera’s service team. Indeed many of our customers whose head offices are based in the Midlands have gone on to buy equipment for all their branches across the country.

Our in-house logistic structure allows us to offer competitive response times for consumable supplies to our Midland based clients with many toner orders fulfilled same day or next day depending on your location and time ordered. Our association with DPD Local means that we can usually offer next day delivery for our customers who are located everywhere else in the country.

Managing Director and Sales


Mike started out as an apprentice with Rank Xerox from 1969 and spent 7 years as a service engineer before starting Copier Maintenance in 1976.

Finance & Accounting


Louise has been with Copier Maintenance since 2002 and is now responsible for all Finance & Accounting at the company.

Sales Engineer


George started at Copier Maintenance in 2005 as an apprentice engineer and then turned to sales in 2010 whilst keeping up to date on the service of the machines.

Service Engineer


Paul joined Copier Maintenance as a Service Engineer in 1980 and has over 40 years experience as a copier engineer.

Company Secretary and Credit Control


Pauline has worked with Copier Maintenance since the company was started by Mike. Doing everything from invoicing to payroll for 47 years.

Meter Billing & Administration


Alice started at Copier Maintenance in 2010 as an office junior and has now become an integral part of the office.

Service Engineer


Martin joined Copier Maintenance in 1997 having been an Aircraft Electrician in the RAF for 18 years.

Service Engineer


Andrew joined Copier Maintenance in 2012 when Copier Maintenance acquired Midland Business Machines and has been a service engineer for almost 30 years.
